The challenge

The client operates several service brands, each with its own WordPress site, and had no unified way to see which sites were actually converting visitors into phone calls or bookings. Google Analytics showed traffic, but not the business outcome that mattered: did the visit turn into a job?

The approach

We built a lightweight tracker beacon deployed across every site, reporting into one central Laravel-based hub. Conversions are defined narrowly and honestly โ€” a phone call or a completed booking, nothing else โ€” with a full funnel view showing exactly where visitors drop off: scroll depth, chat abandonment, and device breakdown, all with a live view of current visitors and no invasive tracking (no IP storage, no persistent cookies, GDPR/POPIA-compliant by design).

The result

For the first time, the client's management team can see conversion rate per site, per hour, in one place โ€” and export any date range to Excel for reporting. One site's conversion-rate collapse (from 22% to 6%) was caught and root-caused directly from this dashboard's funnel view.
