SOFTWARE ENGINEERING · AI · AUTOMATION

I build software
that runs businesses.

I turn complicated operations into working systems — custom software, AI voice agents, automation, telephony, dashboards and integrations designed as one architecture.

THE DIFFERENCE

More than websites.
Systems that do the work.

A website displays information. I build software that answers calls, books customers, routes work, applies rules, tracks money, alerts teams and keeps the operation moving.

The technology is secondary. The operational result is the product.

01

Custom software

Applications built around the way the business actually operates.

02

AI systems

Agents connected to tools, data and real business actions.

03

Automation

Repetitive work converted into reliable, observable workflows.

04

Integration

APIs, communications, databases and legacy systems working together.

SELECTED SYSTEMS

Proof, not promises.

These are not concept projects. They are systems designed around real operations, real users and real consequences.

01 / OPERATIONS PLATFORM

SSQ Operations

A field-service business turned into an integrated software platform.

I designed the operational layer across booking, dispatch, technician workflows, finance, customer history, SLA escalation, communications and management reporting.

02 / AI + TELEPHONY

SSQ Call Desk

The telephone became a programmable interface to the business.

Twilio voice, caller identification, live customer context, recordings, transcription, human/AI routing and operational controls — inside the same application.

03 / CONVERSATIONAL AI

Fonetika

AI that does more than talk.

Conversational agents designed to understand requests, collect structured data, apply business rules, trigger workflows, schedule actions and escalate intelligently.

04 / SMALL BUSINESS AUTOMATION

Majstor Aca Platform

Enterprise-style automation applied to a local service operation.

I built the digital operating layer: structured intake, live appointment availability, automated booking, scheduling, customer communication, notifications and mobile operational tools.

CAPABILITIES

One architect across
the entire system.

Instead of stitching together five vendors, I can design the chain from interface to database to AI to communications.

01

Operational Software

Booking, scheduling, CRM, dispatch, finance, permissions, reporting and internal applications.

PHP · MySQL · WordPress · REST
02

AI Architecture

Voice and conversational agents that use tools, follow business rules and produce structured outcomes.

LLMs · Voice AI · Tool calling · Prompts
03

Communications

Voice routing, SIP, SMS, recordings, transcription, Telegram and real-time operational notifications.

Twilio · SIP · SMS · Webhooks
04

Automation & Integration

Event-driven workflows connecting APIs, databases, payments, advertising and legacy software.

APIs · Webhooks · Cron · Integrations
05

Application UX

Responsive operational interfaces designed for speed, clarity and people who have actual work to do.

JavaScript · CSS · PWA · Responsive UI
06

System Modernisation

Untangle old workflows, preserve valuable data and progressively replace fragile manual processes.

Legacy · Migration · Architecture · Data
HOW I THINK

I don't start
with technology.

I start with the operation.

01

What actually happens when the customer calls, books or needs help?

02

Where does information get lost, duplicated or manually moved?

03

Which decisions are rules, which require judgement, and where can AI help?

04

What should happen automatically after each decision?

05

How do we make the whole process observable, accountable and easier to operate?

Then I choose the technology.
Not the other way around.
WHY THIS WORKS

I learned software
from the business side.

My approach did not begin with theoretical product exercises. It came from operating businesses, managing service workflows and repeatedly finding that the software I needed did not exist.

So I built it.

That background changes the questions I ask. Production software has to survive customers, employees, incorrect data, interruptions, edge cases, changing requirements and busy Mondays.

Clean code matters. Architecture matters. But neither is the final objective.

The objective is a system that works when the business is busy.

WHERE I CREATE LEVERAGE

Your business may not need another app.

It may need the systems you already have to finally behave like one.

BUILD SOMETHING USEFUL

Have a complicated
workflow?

Good. Those are usually the projects where architecture creates the most value.

Tell me what the business is doing manually, what is breaking, or what you want to make possible.
