Where does information get lost, duplicated or manually moved?
Which decisions are rules, which require judgement, and where can AI help?
What should happen automatically after each decision?
How do we make the whole process observable, accountable and easier to operate?
Then I choose the technology.
Not the other way around.
My approach did not begin with theoretical product exercises. It came from operating businesses, managing service workflows and repeatedly finding that the software I needed did not exist.
So I built it.
That background changes the questions I ask. Production software has to survive customers, employees, incorrect data, interruptions, edge cases, changing requirements and busy Mondays.
Clean code matters. Architecture matters. But neither is the final objective.
It may need the systems you already have to finally behave like one.
